Once a buying opportunity is found, a Buyer can request more information from the Seller, and ultimately, begin a safe, secure conversation.
Buyers can also send and receive digital documents within the Tresle platform to help move the deal forward. A Buyer can engage in Non-Disclosure agreements directly with the Seller and begin conducting their due diligence. Buyer users can also create Letters of Intent and negotiate the terms of sale with the Seller while preparing to close the deal.
