  • Is my information on Tresle safe?
    Yes. We hold our product and our company to the highest standard when dealing with customer and information safety. The Tresle platform is built with the best fraud proof technology and we continue to monitor for potential threats 24/7.
  • I forgot my password, how can I recover it?
    If you create an account using an email address and password combination (i.e. not using a social account: Google, LinkedIn) and have forgotten you password, it may be recovered by following these steps:
    1. Click on ‘Login’ button on website header
    2. Click ‘Sign in with Email’
    3. Click ‘Forgot password?’
    4. Enter your email address- a password reset link will be sent
    5. Click on the corresponding reset link in the email you receive
    6. Reset your password
  • Is my credit card information safe?
    Yes. At Tresle we take credit card security very seriously. We use Stripe which collects and stores all of the credit card information. Stripe builds the most powerful and flexible tools for internet commerce. Tresle only has access to the card’s brand and last four digits of the credit card number.

  • How should I report bugs or security issues?
    If you discover a security vulnerability, please email us at support@tresle.com as soon as possible so we can fix it. Please do not discuss it publicly and please don't use it to harm the Tresle platform or its users.
