How to change or reset your password

If you have forgotten your password:  

  1. Click on the Log In button on the Tresle homepage.
  2. Click Forgot password?
  3. Input the email address you used to register for your Tresle account.
  4. Click “Send Password Reset Link.” 

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not see a reset link, check your spam folder to find the reset email.  

If you would like to change your password:

  1. Log in to your Tresle account.
  2. Click the My Portal button located on the top banner. 
  3. Click the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
  4. Click Account from the drop down menu.
  5. Click Security on the left menu.
  6. Click Manage Password. 
  7. Enter your current and new password and click Save.
