Pre-made and customizable digital documents are available once a match is made. They can be found in the Message Center, and can be filled in, edited, customized, and digitally signed.
Sellers will need to initiate the NDA before the Buyer has access to it. On the other hand, Buyers will need to initiate the LOI before the Seller has access to it. Once sent, the receiver will be notified and has the opportunity to review or negotiate with the sender on the terms.
