An LOI will be accessible after both parties have signed the NDA. If you wish to download a copy of the LOI:
- Log in to your account.
- Click “My Portal” on the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Click the “Matches” button located on the top banner of the screen.
- Choose the “Messages” option on the top left side of the screen to access chat history.
- Choose the “Messages” option to access chat history.
- Click on the name of the seller you are communicating with to open the chat screen.
- Click the yellow file icon on the bottom left of the chat screen and choose the “Letter of Intent” (LOI) option.
- Carefully read the LOI and fill in the required information fields and click “Create.”
- After the seller has signed the agreement, you will receive a confirmation in the email.
- Click “View LOI” on the email, and it will lead you to the signed document.
- To download, click the “Download” button located on the top of the agreement.
