Trying to connect . . .
What information should I share with interested buyers?

Through Tresle’s match communication platform, both parties can safely and securely share their information online. This includes your business financials and other relevant information such as executive summary, business operations, any legal/regulatory material that may affect the business, information about key customers, and a list of inventory/assets etc.

Before disclosing any information to interested buyers, it is important to ensure that both parties have signed a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or Letter of Intent (LOI). These agreements give an added layer of security to your conversations.

We do not recommend sharing contact information and continuing communication outside of Tresle’s chat service. Other communication platforms can have weak security measures, putting your information at risk for a data breach. Sharing information on other platforms can expose you and the potential buyer to scams and fraudulent activities.
